We live upstairs with 2 young children so you can hear us. The children run, scream and throw things which transfers sound at times. The house is on a hill with 1 wall underground. All bills and wifi included in the $2500/month. Pets allowed with a $200 non refundable fee, exit cleaning fee of $200-300 depending on length of stay, $75 application fee. 30 plus day rentals only.
