2 bed 1 bath guesthouse just like new (new stucco, windows, bedroom floors, and paint). available january 1st. Anew deck will be intalled in the spring. a 12-month lease is required. our home is very private and in a quiet neighborhood with awesome neighbors (between Old Pecos trail and E Zia Rd). There's a short trail behind the property perfect for an evening/morning stroll. we will be home a few months out of the year, on the times that we are a way, we might have someone in the main house, but this shouldn't have any impact on the guesthouse occupancy. An additional $200 pet deposit. Small dogs are okay, we don't have an enclosed yard for big dogs (we do have a big yard but not fenced in). Cats can be considered if the right person comes along. once we build the deck later in the spring, it will provide an amazing sunset. both the security & pet deposits are refundable upon inspection and determination that the house is in its original condition excluding normal wear & tear. we do require that you maintain the yard that's directly in front of the quest house
