It is a quiet neighborhood of good sized homes; most about 25-30 years old. Overall, there is great pride of ownership here, and a great sense of community. We are close to Seneca Creek, which is great for long walks with the dog. We are sort of tucked away from Rt. 355, and most people do not even know the neighborhood is here. Our kids are perfectly safe riding their bikes around the neighborhood, or walking to visit friends. Overall, it's a GREAT place to be!
