House does not have central AC but most tenants have found that one or two window AC units cools the house nicely during the summer months. We charge no application fees. Must show proof of income of $1800 or more. Rent is $745/month with no deposit. First and last month rent of $1490 is due at lease signing. We can usually approve you same day. We do not contact your previous landlords or references until you have indicated that you want the property. Preference is always given to those able to sign a lease and move in immediately. This house is available as long as this ad remains posted. Some dogs may be permitted with owner's prior approval. Undisclosed pets on the property is grounds for immediate lease termination.
