Application fee is $55 per adult. We require a deposit equal to one month rent minimum, due upon approval of application. We check credit history and criminal background. We verify employment and rental history. To qualify, credit score must be above 600, no past evictions and monthly income needs to be approx. 3x's monthly rent.
