This is partially furnished, but if you have your own furnishings and don t need these, they can be removed for you. Electric, water, bug service, lawn and pool maintenance is all included in the rent. Not included is propane gas for the stove, but the 40 gallon tank is available for you to use, and costs about $35 to fill. A small pet, under 40 lbs is accepted with a $200 deposit.
