Elementary bus stop is accross the street, (but school is quite near)High school is very close but we get no disturbances at all. Community Pool and Playground for neighborhood members only. Quiet yet near everything. Biggest house in neighborhood, all on one level too! Well established quiet area, great people, involved and very active Neighborhood Watch program, and swim/rec club has holiday/special event s all the time. Superb Multi-Mode security system with 4 different types of alarms and sensors--one of the past residents suffered from paranoia. Fruit trees--all organic products used for graden areas and cleaning. Love this home, and no, I don't plan to move anytime soon! But perhaps you can find another one you like in the area while Real Estate prices are still good. BTW-home values on this website are a bit under valued in this city for some reason, the values are not reflecting the upswing occurring.
