Has a nice rear deck to relax with privacy wall. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Must sign a 12 month lease. First months rent and deposit is due the day of signing. If you have pets there will be a $250 non-refundable pet deposit that will also be due the day of signing your lease. At this time we cannot do tours of the home, the pictures that are up on Zillow are real time pictures and was taking the day we put the property up for rent.
