Jess Ranch is a gated senior community that is quiet and well maintained. The activities center has been remodeled. It's in a nice part of town and a good location close to two shopping centers with Stater Bros, Target, Winco, Home Depot ect. The only requirement is that one resident must be at least 55 years old. There are also regulations for children and pets. I believe children can visit during the daytime but not stay overnight. It's 1195 sq ft inside and when I bought it I picked the home with the most open floor plan of the ones I viewed. It stays nice and cool inside in the summer and streets are pleasant for going for a walk. Infrared stove, good washer and dryer and a refrigerator included. Attached single car garage. I just need to replant the front lawn. Tenant pays electricity, gas and internet. Lease is month to month.
