Fuel coffee is around the corner. -The 12 bus is 30 feet from your front door and the 8 & 11 are just a quick 4 minute walk downt he street. Easy transport to downtown, U of W, arboretum, Lake Washington, and all city neighborhoods. -Neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful. Pets allowed. Deposit of one months. Owner pays for trash services and water. Tenant pays electricity through city. 12 month lease. Non smoking.
