A block from the beach, in the best location between the shops on Windward and the bars and restaurants on Venice and Washington. The apartment is a 3 bedroom on the 2nd(top) floor. It features a HUGE living room(with fireplace), will have new hardwood floors in the living room and common areas, brand new dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking appliances, new carpet in the bedrooms, and has access to an awesome Roofdeck-- Great for summer which will be in full swing shortly. Deposit will be 2x the rent unfortunately(ownership)-- but really, for this place, I think you'll find it's well worth it.
