The house has a large "bonus" room at the back of the second floor, which is accessible through one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has a large 6-burner stove, and the updated bathroom features an oversize tub. The larger-than-normal yard (this block does not have an alley) has a raised garden bed and a large deck. On the same block as Edison High School, this house is across from the Holland Basin, so there are no neighbors across the street, plus you can sled down into the basin when it snows. Holland is a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the house is walking distance from Centro, Indeed Brewing, and Pilllar Forum Coffee. Cats are welcome, and dogs are case-by-case, but either way, there is neither pet rent nor a pet deposit. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Water and sewer are included in the rent. I'm seeking a tenant for a one-year lease, but if that doesn't work for you, let's chat. You will be responsible for gas, electricity, and internet. There's a $45 application fee per tenant.
