My grandparents designed this home with style and grace. My grandfather's Italian heritage is evident from the white stucco walls, the graceful arches, through the vestibule, up to and through the classic double doors into the Italian tiled foyer. To the right of the foyer is the Master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The master bath has a double vanity and a spacious linen closet. Through the bedroom sliding glass doors there's a screened secret garden space. Across the foyer, you step up into their music room. Through the triple glass doors you can step down to the covered screened patio. To the left of the foyer is the formal dining room which leads to the kitchen. One Italian and one Hungarian who both really loved to cook. My grandfather the chief designed a workspace for two bosses. Beyond the kitchen with its extended granite countertop for seating, because everyone loves to watch the chef, is a breakfast nook. I say 'nook' but it's large enough for a 50" table and four chairs. On the far wall a door opens to the laundry room with built-in cabinets, a utility sink and room for a second fridge. The great room with its vaulted ceiling and bamboo flooring has a triple set of glass doors leading to the generous covered, screened patio. There is a breakfast bar and the kitchen window slides to allow food to be passed through rather than walking through the house. Beyond the patio is the lanai and the sunken jacuzzi. And if you have your heart set on all the work of a pool, there's room to add one in the backyard. On the far side of the greatroom are two additional bedrooms, a second linen closet and the second bathroom. This bathroom has a door to the lanai. Out of the jacuzzi and right into the shower without dripping through the house! The door to the garage is next to the kitchen with its new automatic door. The garage is big. It fit her Cadillac, his big old Buick, his many gardening tools and at least two tool chests. Both of the outside entrances for the garage are on the SE 19th Place side of the house. She wanted it there for the aesthetics. The extra parking spaces on SE 19th Place are grand. The attic access is via the pulldown stairs in the garage. Approx 21' x 25'. Now for the data... new roof in June 2023. There is a reverse osmosis water purifying system under the kitchen sink. All the interior doors are louvered for maxim air circulation. Many of the interior doors are pocket doors. The air conditioning unit is still under warranty and is serviced regularly. The water heater, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, gooseneck faucet, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, vanity and toilet in the guest bathroom, shower tile in second bath, the greatroom bamboo flooring, the carpet, garage door and jacuzzi cover were all replaced or installed over the last ten years. Not all at the same time. It's a perfect home for entertaining family or as a winter getaway. If evening walks are your thing, at the end of the street you'll find Rosen Park. The neighborhood is friendly and traffic is light with one way in/out. Cape Coral has beautiful beaches. The home's location offers easy access to shopping, dining, schools, and many recreational facilities. There is only one other house for sale in this neighborhood. This won't last long.
