The water heater, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, gooseneck faucet, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, vanity and toilet in the guest bathroom, shower tile in second bath, the greatroom bamboo flooring, the carpet, garage door and jacuzzi cover were all replaced or installed over the last ten years. Not all at the same time. It's a perfect home for entertaining family or as a winter getaway. If evening walks are your thing, at the end of the street you'll find Rosen Park. The neighborhood is friendly and traffic is light with one way in/out. Cape Coral has beautiful beaches.
