    Elmwood neighborhood, super cute 2-1-2 house, close to Bishop Arts. Interior recently redone. 2016 roof, windows, central AC, and siding all replaced. 2010 electrical replaced. This house is just waiting for its new owners and their personal touches. What I love about the home: Original wood floors in great condition Turf patch in back yard (about 15ft x 15 ft); we used it for playing Spikeball Huge fenced back yard with beautiful trees. Great for kids and pets because it is fenced. There is a gate large enough to drive a vehicle through and a smaller walk gate. What the Zestimate doesn’t account for: This property includes a heated/cooled insulated shop (detached garage). Excellent for musicians, woodworkers, hobbyists, artists, craftsmen, tinkerers, or mechanics. Shop/garage has a newly-installed window-unit AC with remote control and a wall-mounted propane gas heater. Fully sheet-rocked and insulated walls and ceiling. Fully lit with electric ceiling lighting. Plenty of outlets. Good neighbors, quiet street. We have never once encountered package theft, crime, vandalism, or burglary. I believe this is a safe area. Lot of families with kids and elderly people living in this area. Very long driveway on the side of the house; can fit at least three cars parallel parked. There is also street parking. The value of property in this area is rising fast! Great investment. We have seen the value jump by $50k since buying in 2021. No issues with the house- no leaks, nothing broken. Everything in excellent condition; like new. Ecobee smart system for controlling heating and air in the house; we change the temp from the app our phones. Very convenient to use. House is tightly climate controlled; it gets very cold with the AC and very warm with the heater. New AC, new heater, new roof, new windows. (All replaced within last several years by the owners before us.) We have lived here almost three years. The previous owners replaced everything and redid all the walls before they sold to us. Comes with a garden shed in the backyard (approximately 12x12 feet; watertight metal shed) Please note: No bathtub, only a tiled shower with a built-in tiled bench. No dishwasher.
