This property is calculated as 115 +/- acres - approximately 6 acres of which are open and the remainder wooded. It is improved by a two story farmhouse featuring approx. 3,175 sq ft of living space. This secluded and quiet location offers many possibilities for recreation and year round or seasonal residence. The centerpiece of this property is the imposing two story Colonial style farmhouse with impressive columned front porch. This historic home was constructed in 1881 with later additions at both ends of the house. Local legend says that this was the first house in Mercer County WV to have indoor plumbing.
