My home is in a 55+ community, projected to have 269 single family houses by the summer of 2023. 180 homes are settled and occupied. The remaining 89 lots are either sold and under construction or available for sale. Most of the lots in the community are about ? acre. Some might be about ¼ acre. Zillow shows a significant number (I would say practically all the houses) on 67.49 acres. I believe that the data probably is sourced from the Sussex County, Delaware public records but such a large discrepancy in the same neighborhood may greatly affect your Zestimates for entire community. I corrected my home, although I seriously doubt that your algorithm would use my data over the public records data. I report this as a problem on my house because I don't know how to communicate this kind of information on houses I don't own or have not claimed.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
