Renter will be responsible for and pay all utility charges associated with the occupancy of the premises. Renter will also upkeep the inside and outside of the property. No smoking inside the home. Pets: A $250 per pet non-refundable fee is due at the time of lease signing or before the pet enters the property. There is also a charge of $50.00 a month for pet rent.
