The room is available starting September 1st. It's right off bus route 60, a short walk to the pink line, and has free street parking. The apartment includes an in unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, and a dishwasher. It's fully furnished with a TV, piano keyboard, pullout sofa bed, and more. The shared outdoor patio has an Alexa, Bluetooth speakers, grill/smoker, privacy fences, and custom-built benches and tables. To apply: 1.
