My husband's job has relocated, so we would like to rent out our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath FULLY FURNISHED home. Family room has a large sofa, coffee table, 2 club chairs, and 2 bar chairs. Dining area has a kitchen table with 2 chairs and a bench. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher, etc. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a toddler bed, and a large screen smart TV on an entertainment center. Bedroom 2 has two twin size beds. Bedroom 3 has a sleeper sofa/futon, large desk, and large screen TV with PS4. Large fenced in backyard. Attached 1 car garage. Bathroom 1 has a full tub/shower, and the Master bathroom has a walk in glass door shower. (I am sorry for some of the photos looking warped, I took them with the panorama setting on to fit the whole room in one picture.) Ideally, the tenant would begin rent August 1 and can move in as early as July 27th. But the date could be moved forward or back for the right tenant. Please email me to take a look at it. A tenant screening will be a required part of the application (at tenant's expense, around $30). Monthly rent is $1,000 plus utilities. Security deposit is $1,000. For one pet, $50 a month, for two pets, $75 a month, and no more than two pets please.
