It has tons of natural lighting, and includes a deck attached to one of the bedrooms on the second level of the apartment but the third floor of the building. I will be subleasing it through BSB Development Company through August, but it would be available to lease following if interested in staying longer. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas. Waste services and water are provided by leasing company. It will not be furnished, though some images are included with my furniture.
