Our home is a bumped out Waverly design having a distinctive interior and exterior. It has a unique elevation, the first of its kind ever built by Brookfield featuring a stone front under clear sash windows with carriage-house glass windows in the garage doors. On the inside there is white maple hardwood flooring in the hallway areas from the front entry to the living room and study. There are pillars atop knee walls on the entry to the dining room and parlor from the hallway. Because we have two girls and one boy, we added a bathroom to the third bedroom for our son. On the third floor is a loft, which is very special feature of our house. The loft has two rooms and its own full bath. Seven rooms are wired with multimedia taps for broadband Internet, Cable, Telephone, and CCTV. An eighth room, the home office located in the basement, is also wired with the exception of CCTV. Neighborhood Description Coton Hall is a GREAT street to live on. School buses stop at the end of the street just 3 houses away. Our neighbors are all open and very friendly. There are lots of children of all ages and plenty of open spaces. Our backyards all back into a large commons area and there are no fences that break up the open spaces. Our collective backyards provide children with plenty of room to roam and play, which they do! Impromptu barbeques and gatherings are fairly commonplace in good weather, which we have a lot of.
