Looking to rent my furnished house on Maple Lake, just east of Osakis October - April. $1500 a month plus utilites. The house is 2 bedroom 1 bath. The house is located 10 feet from the waters edge. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement. There also is a 2 car garage that could be used. No pets. I do very well ice fishing Maple Lake and catch crappies, sunnies, walleyes, Northerns if you like to fish. Lease will be 7 months, October 1- April 30 Renter is responsible for utilities (Electric, propane, garbage, septic fee) No smoking or vaping inside the house. No pets
