Looking to rent my furnished house on Maple Lake, just east of Osakis October - April. $1500 a month plus utilites. The house is 2 bedroom 1 bath. The house is located 10 feet from the waters edge. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement. There also is a 2 car garage that could be used. No pets. I do very well ice fishing Maple Lake and catch crappies, sunnies, walleyes, Northerns if you like to fish. Lease will be 7 months, October 1- April 30 Renter is responsible for utilities (Electric, propane, garbage, septic fee) No smoking or vaping inside the house. No pets First and last months rent due prior to move in.
