One is a school teacher (30/F), one is a Canadian diplomat (26/M), one is professional K9 groomer (24/M), and the other works at a restaurant (28/F). They are all very laid back and great to hang out with. I'll probably be hanging out with them after I move out :)Rent is 530 plus utilities, which are split Plenty of street parking. The driveway is first come first served. Great residential location, very reasonable rent, great roommates.Extra storage is available in basement and spare bedroom (the tiny bedroom in one of the pictures is the spare)If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask. I'm usually very good about replying via email.Formal application, application fee of 40 bucks, and pay stubs required. This house is managed by Prudential PenFed Realty (nothing shady)As long as you replace yourself, you're free to break the lease any time.
