Below the unit on the ground floor is storage and the washer and dryer for the rental. One year lease, utilities included, no application fees other than what Zillow and their associated sites charge you. No smoking or vaping of any sort. There is no on site parking though street and alley parking are usually not a problem here. First months rent, last months rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Security and last months rent can be spread out over first three months. Dog(s) allowed but are subject to approval by us and the resident dog. No cats, sorry. No pet fee or pet rent.
