Nice house needs a little work inside like paint carpet tile some triming. Furnace is good. Hot water tank is year old. New electric box 3 years ago. Roof is good no leaking. Has a fireplace in the living room. House is 3 bedrooms but can be 4. I have master bedroom split in 2 rooms but wall can be removed. Basement is concrete and has no leaks. Nice large yard.
