    What's special

    Fully-remodeled home in the coveted Park Hill neighborhood. There is a primary bedroom with decent closet space and a second bedroom (or office) upstairs. Downstairs there is a bedroom with an egress window, a large family room (could be used as a bedroom), a laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, and a bonus room which could be used for storage or an office. The basement bathroom is small, but it recently got a full makeover with new tile, sliding glass shower door, and a recessed medicine cabinet. We've ordered all new, custom windows for the basement, too. We opened up the wall between the kitchen and the dining room so the main living area is nice and open with huge new windows that can be opened for fresh air. The upstairs bathroom just got a huge makeover. Hardwood floors upstairs and new carpet downstairs. There's a 2-car garage with lots of shelving, a workbench, pegboards for tools and a large garden shed as well. Above the garage is a large, insulated open space with A/C, heat, and a high speed Ethernet port. Could be used for yoga/fitness/art studio or an office (not a bedroom). There's a nice, big back yard with a HUGE maple tree which provides nice shade and privacy in the summer. Sprinkler system and room to do some gardening. Also, the neighbors on the block are all really friendly and nice. And the street doesn't get a lot of traffic and parking is never a problem. Walkable to Oneida Park, where there are some nice restaurants, a coffee shop, ice cream parlor and more. We've owned this house for 6 years and love it and hope to find responsible tenants who will treat it with care. We'll pay the water and sewer fees. You'd be responsible for all other utilities. It's set up with a security system with a doorbell camera and you could take over payments for that if you'd like (although the neighborhood feels very safe). We're good with cats and may be open to a small dog, but the back yard is not fully fenced off and we'd need to make sure a dog will be a good fit. Pet deposit / monthly fee negotiable.
