Everything in the home has been remodeled and upgraded so we are looking for someone that will take care of the home and who is clean and responsible. Income or combined income must be minimum of $3300. Absolutely No smoking cigarettes in the home!! Refundable Security deposit $1500. Non refundable cleaning deposit $200. Preferably no dogs, trained cats ok. 1 car garage and 3 spaces of parking out front. Home has an Srp box already in property. I will leave water and wifi on if needed and you can pay me monthly bills. Home has minimal furniture that I can leave for an $50 a month. Tv stand, kitchen table, plush leather couch, and coffee and end table. Washer and dryer included. Must provide renters insurance.
