House has central air, tilt windows and a newer, high efficiency gas furnace. Kitchen is very Retro with antique gas stove & cabinets. Nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to breathe. This will be a new rental, we don't even close on it until close to mid November, but wanted to go ahead and put some feelers out there to search for a great first tenant. We are planning on making some upgrades to the inside, and if we can find that great long term tenant beforehand, they can have some input into the upgrades & decor.
