Large updated closets with extensive shelving. Ceiling to floor cabinets & drawers in hallway provide even more storage space. Central Air (heating & AC). No washer/dryer hookups, but currently a free laundry room across the street with the expectation that tenants will help to keep the laundry room clean and honor the laundry room rules. Plenty of parking in back lot, but no covered parking. Assistant is Johnny on the spot & fast to clear away snow so tenants can get where they need to go in the winter. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
