Listen. I am the current tenant & would be happy to live a long life and then die in this condo; I love it SO much. But alas! We had a baby and we "need a yard" (direct line from my husband). But this condo is magical- it has great open space concept, floor to ceiling windows, chef's kitchen, large living spaces, lots of storage and closet space. Beyond the actual apartment, Escala is the only true luxury condo unit in Seattle- the finishings are all high end, there is a gorgeous theater, dining/sitting/patio area, and full access to a commercial kitchen (including extra freezer/refrigeration space, access to extra flatware and glassware, ideal for a host). The staff is incredible- you have a 24x7 concierge staff, package delivery, and they are all so nice. 12 month lease, no smoking, parking and storage included, tenant responsible for wifi & electricity.
