Home is located at the end of a quiet cut-de-sac adjacent to a 200 acre open space. It is located near the geographic center of Colorado Springs with easy access to shopping and other amenities. I am the owner and live in the home next door. Owner pays for trash service and will do all outside yard maintenance except for snow removal and this requires access to the outside areas from 8AM to 5PM each day. We do not allow pets or smoking in the home.
