    Beautiful waterfront home located on Trout Bayou right before it connects to Escambia Bay. This lovely home has three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the main floor you'll find a large inviting living room with a cozy fireplace, stunning floor to ceiling windows a large wall of built ins and a wet bar. There's also nice size kitchen boasting with cabinets for plenty of storage, a large breakfast nook as well as a formal dining room. The spacious master suite is also located on the main floor with the laundry room connected to the master bathroom. The upper level of the home features two additional bedrooms with very large closets and a 3rd full bathroom, as well as a loft area. Each of the 3 bedrooms has their own access to the balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. The boathouse and dock will need some work before it's usable. The garage was also flooded in Hurricane Sally. You may want to finish it out or you may just want to keep it as it is for storage or workshop space. The stilt home is high enough that it is unlikely for any of the actual living space to flood. I must note that there is a whole house generator that's is so nice in the event that the power goes out. Super convenient location only 15 min to Pensacola, Gulf Breeze or Pace and 30 min to beaches. Florida living at it's best in a quite little neighborhood with no HOA but there is a neighborhood boat launch for small boats, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, etc.
