The dining area hosts a beautiful natural wood table with comfortable bar stools. It is height adjustable and on casters so it can easily be pulled out to provide extra seating or tucked away in the corner to provide more room in this great open space. It also provides a great place to work on your computer and still enjoy the open views of the sunny front yard, as well as all the activities passing by in the neighborhood. THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking supplies you could need. It has a coffee pot, electric tea kettle, a toaster oven, blender, high end non-stick pots and pans, bakeware, serving dishes, Tupperware, cheese grater, glassware options, sharp knives, and plenty of plates, bowls, and cutlery, and kitchen linens. It has a Chef Special 5-burner gas stove with a double oven, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The first round of basic supplies will be provided to make you feel welcome and comfortable with everything you will need to get your stay started. THE MAIN BEDROOM: The main bedroom offers a beautiful Queen bed frame with 6 storage drawers underneath and has a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic/Memory Foam mattress. It includes a large full-length mirror and an additional 5 drawer dresser. THE 2ND BEDROOM/OFFICE: The 2nd bedroom offers a very comfortable Twin Bed, a nice sitting chair, and/or a desk with office chair configuration. This provides the best of both worlds for work/study from home opportunities, while still having room for a guest to visit. This set up also allows for a little open floor space for a yoga mat or work out area to enjoy. Options for layout configuration available for discussion. THE BATHROOM: The bathroom offers a newly remodeled tile shower, a large lighted vanity mirror and plenty of countertop, as well as a tall/elongated easy clean toilet. There is plenty of cabinet and drawer space for all your cosmetic needs. A hair dryer and bathroom linens are also provided, along with make-up cloths and starter toiletries. THE LAUNDRY ROOM: The laundry room has a brand-new All-in-One Washer/Dryer combo unit, a folding laundry table, and storage cabinets for linens and supplies. THE FRONT YARD AND OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES: The house has a very inviting and relaxing front yard. It has a couple of Adirondack chairs to enjoy the space that provides a solid combo of sunshine and shade throughout the day. It has a quant, lush, maintained lawn space with some beautiful plants and flowers, to enjoy morning, noon, or night. The Back Patio living space offers an outdoor kitchen area with a full-sized natural gas weber BBQ, another beautiful wood table, a mini fridge, and a patio table with chairs and umbrella. The back patio also has a full-sized Hot Tub to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or to relax and unwind after a great day of adventures or simply a long hard day at work. STORAGE SPACE: There is a garage/storage area that has a man door only. This area hosts the outdoor amenities that are included with the rental but also has shelves and plenty additional room for you to store your adventure equipment or extra belongings in a safe, dry, locked area. ADDITIONAL RENTAL ADD ON OPTIONS: There is a separate studio attached to this property that is available to rent short term for additional guests.
