I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment for the remaining 9 months. The complex is Remington Place Apartments located minutes away from Crossroads Cary and Downtown Raleigh. It is a very spacious (850 sq ft) one bed one bath apartment. In this community there are two dog parks available, a gym, and a pool. The apartment I am trying to sublease is pet-friendly and the pet deposit has already been paid for. The carpets will be shampooed upon arrival, Monthly rent includes valet trash and pest. My preferred move-in day is June 10th of 2018. Serious inquiries only. Pet deposit already paid for shampooing the carpet upon move in.
