The garage is a metal awning around 10 years old. It was opted when built to go with the heavy duty gauge aluminum and steel. It was also opted to go with heavy anchors to hold in place. You will not find a better built driveway awning, or I should say you would be hard pressed. Most are far less durable and made with much thinner gauge metals. When you enter the front door that is the living room that if you would continue forward and slightly left you would enter the kitchen. The hallway comes off the right of the backside of the living room and has the bathroom on the left that connects to the master bedroom. The other two bedroom are on the right of the hallway, which would be the front windows of the home. The washer/dryer have an open area shared with the bathroom separated by a half wall. It has a closer in the hallway, as well as, each bedroom. The master has a small walk in closet vs the others are not. There is a side door on the left of the living room that opens outside. The from front door has exterior storm door that is full glass which along with both wooden living room doors were replaced 3 years ago and rekeyed. It has a screened in back porch that was added on approx 20 years ago but is in fantastic shape mainly because the shade it receives the majority of the day from the back yard trees and foliage.
