The Near Southside location in the Fairmount Historical District is only blocks to Magnolia Street, the gem of Downtown's revitalization efforts offering fun local eateries, hangouts, coffee and bakery shops,and fine dining such as Ellerbees and Walloons. Working in the medical field? We're perfectly located approximately 1 mile or less to all of the major hospitals, affiliate centers, and doctor offices. The Zoo is 1.5 miles, a short 8 minute bicycle ride. TCU is less than 2 miles or an 11 minute bicycle ride. Your stay with us will be hassle free. We offer a lighted private entrance, in-unit washer and dryer, and keypad entrance. If you need us, we're close by, but otherwise you'll enjoy a peaceful, private stay. Owner pays all utilities INCLUDING Internet. Studio unit is fully furnished with new and vintage furniture, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, in-unit washer and dryer, etc. Landlord's insurance does not cover Renter's personal property. We recommend Renters obtain Renters Insurance to protect their own personal property. While we prefer mid-term (2-11 months) rentals, we will consider longer term lease inquiries. Security Deposit ($750 for leases 6 months or less; $1500 for leases greater than 6 months) will be collected with 1st month's rent prior to move-in. Monthly rent, including final month, is due 1st day of each month. No Smoking. No Pets. Cleaning Fee of $150 to be paid along with the Security Deposit at Lease signing. Any documented property damage will be deducted at lease end from security deposit.
