One street away from the Greenbelt-a green and leafy oasis where people walk, jog, and walk their dogs. 10 minutes from Pavillions grocery store and CVS and the center of town on Pier Avenue Recently had new white windows installed throughout the house. Recently had the house re-stuccoed and painted with a smooth finish. There are no utilty fees, included in monthly rental
