This fully furnished studio sleeps up to 6 people comfortably - one queen bed and two full sized beds (both convert into very comfortable sofas). It includes everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible - towels and bedding are included, and all lamps are individually controlled by dimmers to allow you to set the ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove/oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and a refrigerator. Air conditioning, Wifi, and keyless entry are included as well. You have your own private entrance and secure gated carpark under a safe carport. You also have your own private outdoor area with a basketball hoop. Utilities are an additional monthly charge of $200 for electricity, gas, water and high speed internet. Laundry machines are included as well and are shared with the main house. You may also enter the property through the carport, which is very convenient for easily offloading shopping. There are no stairs, so it is suitable for guests of any age. The main entrance to the studio uses keyless technology, so you access the studio using a number pad and your own unique code, which means you don't need to worry about losing the key or previous tenants having access to the property.
