Villa Jules is an ideal place to stay for a family beach vacation or a few couples looking for the perfect beach getaway. Three of the five bedrooms are ocean-facing, allowing multiple guests to enjoy an ocean view from the comfort of their own bed. This beautiful two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel high-end appliances, a kitchen island, adjacent dining area with seating for up to eight guests, and multiple indoor living spaces, including a glass-enclosed sunroom. The living room offers ocean views from comfortable seating, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace that emits heat and provides ambiance lighting. The dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas range stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and utensils. Additional amenities include a toaster, blender, three crockpots, a large countertop with ample space for cooking preparation, and a kitchen island. A Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cup pods is also provided, along with hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponge, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, and trash bags. Dogs are permitted with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150. Garage parking is available for one car, and a second car can park in front of the garage. Any other cars will need to park on the street, and guests should be aware of street signage to move during street sweeping days. Nearby attractions include Oceanside Pier at 2 miles, Legoland at 6 miles, Del Mar Fairgrounds at 17 miles, San Diego Safari Park at 26 miles, San Diego Zoo at 35 miles, Sea World at 34 miles, and San Diego Airport at 36 miles. Disneyland is 60 miles away. There is a rock sea wall in front of the home. The nearest sand public beach where the public swims is a two-mile walk north near the Oceanside Pier. The home does not have central AC; however, portable AC units are installed in the upstairs bedrooms, and there are two tower fans for guests to use in the living room and the downstairs bedroom. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9 PM, and no parties are allowed. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. High-speed internet and excellent Wi-Fi coverage in the unit provide streaming and high-quality video meeting capability.
