    Furnished bedroom

    You are renting a furnished bedroom in a two bedroom one bath house. You'll have shared access to the living room, bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. Currently looking for a female to share the home with another female in her mid 30's. Looking for someone that is clean, respectful, and quiet. The location is in a safe neighborhood and the location is ideal if you work in Downtown Honolulu or if you are a graduate student at The University of Hawaii Manoa or Hawaii Pacific University since the bus line goes directly into Downtown or UH Manoa. There is no assigned parking, street parking is available on Pauoa Road. A washer and dryer is available on site. The room has a mini split to keep you cool. Utilities and wifi included in rent. Roomate Guidelines: 1. Everyone must treat each other with respect. Harassment or rude behavior will not be tolerated. You must work together and get along with housemates and landlord. 2. Clean up and keep things tidy after using common shared area. Kitchen and living room floors must be swept at least once per week. If the floors are not adequately cleaned, I will charge the tenants to pay someone to clean it for you. 3. Kitchen counter must be wiped down and cleared after every use. 4. Dishes must be washed immediately. No dirty dishes can be stored in the sink. Washed dishes can not be stored overnight on the counters and on the dish rack so that the next person can use shared spaces. 5. No excessive noise that will disturb others such as loud music, loud tv, loud cell phone ringers or loud conversations. Headphones are recommended for music, tv, or computer use. 6. Quiet time is between 9pm 8am. 7. No guest allowed in the house without the tenant being present. No overnight guests allowed. 8. No pets allowed. 9. Be conscientious of others by using the shower and toilet efficiently. Showers are recommended to not take more than 5 minutes. 10. Main entrance door must be locked after leaving or entering the house. 11. Any damages caused by the tenant or tenant's guest is at the sole responsibility of the tenant. 12. No storing personal belongings outside the house or in the living room area without approval of the landlord. 13. Clothes in the washer or dryer must be removed after the cycle is complete so that the next person can use it. If the cycle is done and clothes are left unattended, the next user can remove the clothes and leave it on the dryer so that the next person can use the washer or dryer. 15. Conserve energy by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. 16. Tenants must supply their own toiletries and paper towels. 17. Kitchen counters must remain cleared for active cooking only. No storing personal kitchen items on counters. Dishes, pots and pans must be washed immediately. 19. The landlord or his or her representative does not need to give early notification to inspect the common areas such as the kitchen and living room. 1 day notification is needed to inspect and enter your private bedrooms. 20. If using the bedroom AC, the doors and windows must be fully closed and the AC filters need to be cleaned at least once every 2 months by the tenant. AC unit also needs to be professionally cleaned at least once a year at the tenants expense. 21. No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property. Owner pays for all utilities that include: water, electricty, internet, trash, and yard maintenance
