Located in between Atwood and Willy St. neighborhoods. Very good location with tons of restaurants/bars within walking distance (Alchemy, Tex Tubb s, One Barrel, Mr. Wilson s, Dobhan, Lao Laan Xang, Monty s Blue Plate Diner). There are several parks within walking distance and Lake Monona is only a few blocks away. One parking spot is included underground. We have two cars and I personally don't have a spot in the underground. I'm still able to find parking very easily on the street. A few other features to highlight: wireless Internet included, in-unit laundry, balcony (corner unit facing Atwood Ave.), two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, bike racks in underground garage, community gas grill (about a year old), and outside lounge chairs on back patio. The management company is very laid back and easy to deal with. All in all, this has been our favorite apartment to live in and wish we could finish out the lease.
