Property Maintenance: Tenant Responsibilities: The Tenant shall maintain the front yard by regularly weeding and ensuring a neat appearance. The Tenant shall mow the backyard and keep it in good condition. The Tenant shall manage and remove weeds in the back alley behind the property. Landscaping Services: At the Tenant's request, the Landlord may arrange for professional landscaping services. The Tenant shall be responsible for all associated costs and must provide written consent for any charges. Failure to Maintain: Failure to maintain the property as specified may result in the Landlord arranging for maintenance servi at the Tenant's expense, with prior notice. 4. Restrictions: No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other substances, is strictly prohibited inside the property and on the premises. No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property under any circumstances, except as required by law (e.g., service animals with proper documentation). 5. Compliance: The Tenant agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as any additional rules or regulations outlined in this lease agreement. The Landlord reserves the right to inspect the property with reasonable notice to ensure compliance with maintenance and other lesce terms.
