Beautiful restored original hardwood floors, double hung windows, gas range, refrigerator, mock fireplace, large yard and a small deck out back. There's a built-in bench in the kitchen eating area and a dining table. Utility room off the kitchen has washer and dryer hook ups. Washer and dryer available for a small extra fee. There's also a nice little deck in the backyard and a 10x10 shed for storage. $1250 per month $1250 deposit. No dogs, but will consider a short haired cat. No smoking in the house. There's a nonrefundable $40 application fee per adult. Credit and background checks will be ran. We require a 640 or better credit score. No prior felonies or evictions. It will be available Feb 1. Property is located near NW 41st and Penn. The lease is for 12 months and can be renewed if needed. Yard maintenance is included. Rent is $1250 per month. The security deposit is $1250. The lawn will be mowed approximately every 2 weeks as needed and weather permitting. The front and part of the back yards will be sprayed for weeds 4 times a year. The flowers beds will be cleaned and trimmed periodically, The leaves will be picked up at the end of the year after they have all fallen and weather permitting. Tenants are required to water the lawn and flowerbeds as needed., especially after weed treatments. A washer and dryer are available at an extra cost of $25 per month. There's a $50 late fee if the rent is not received within 5 days of the due date. Tenants are responsible for all the utilities, changing all filters as needed, and changing any batteries and bulbs as needed. Renter's insurance is not required, but highly recommended, No smoking in the house. We may allow a short haired cat.
