I'm looking for someone responsible to take over the primary bedroom in my 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. The rental term runs from March 1st to May 31st, though I can be flexible on the move-in date. The available bedroom is a spacious 234 square feet, featuring high 10-foot ceilings, two large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, and a sizable closet. The room will be unfurnished, allowing you to make it your own. Rent is $1,050 per month, with all utilities included (water, gas, electricity, and internet). Before moving in, the first month's rent and a security deposit are required, totaling $2,100. The apartment is located on the second floor of a corner building. You'll have access to extra storage in the basement, as well as a washer and dryer for laundry. The unit comes with a dishwasher and central AC. The kitchen and living room are already furnished, and you'll have your own designated space in the cupboards, fridge, and shelves. The location is excellent. The 18th Street Pink Line station is just an 8-minute walk away, and the 60 bus stops right in front of the building. There's a great local grocery store, La Casa Del Pueblo, just a 4-minute walk down the street. The neighborhood offers plenty of options for dining, coffee, drinks, and entertainment along 18th Street and the surrounding area. I'm a 34-year-old artist and web developer who works at Mana Contemporary, also located in Pilsen. I enjoy keeping the shared spaces of the apartment clean and organized, and I'm looking for a housemate who is respectful, responsible, and values a calm and tidy living space.
