We are ONE block from a Gelsons grocery store, multiple restaurants (Birds Pub, La Poubelle Bistro, Sushi Stop, Pimai Thai, Locali and more), as well as a dry cleaner, donut shop, Ice cream shop, and other food, services and shopping. We are also walking distance from the Pantages Theatre, Hollywood Walk of Fame and multiple film Studios. This is a temporary rental for vacationers or for a temporary work stay. Cleaning fee is 150 at checkout and every two weeks for extended stays. Small non-shedding dogs are exceptable, pending discussion. No smoking or loud parties. This is a quiet residentail neighborhood.
