See additional requirements in Lease summary. Private Driveway and 1-car garage will accommodate parking for 3 cars. Strictly non-smoking, non-vaping property. Smoking and/or vaping, e-cigarettes/cigars, of any kind prohibited inside or outside the house or anywhere on the property. Violation by you or guest will result in immediate termination of lease and forfeiture of all deposit monies 1st month, last month and security deposit required at lease signing. Utilities and internet included. No more than 4 people may reside in property at any time. Pets? A dog is possible pending meeting and acceptance by landlord at landlord's sole discretion prior to lease signing. Additional $250 pet security deposit will be required. 3-month lease terms of Oct-Dec or Jan-Apr require payment of the rental term in full at lease signing and a $5000 security deposit exclusive of any applicable pet security deposit. Beach parking fee for autos is required in Sanibel. Credit card payment machines exist in parking lots. No roadside parking is permitted in Sanibel and cars will be fined and/or towed.
