Door access to bathroom from bedroom, so can be locked for privacy. Access to living room and kitchen. Front of home parking spot. 2 spots marked for parking for home tenants. No smoking indoors. Trash should be taken out daily. Refrigerator and freezer is split even. Top or bottom selection pick is fine. Parking is free since its upfront and already covered. Water is free but don't leave water running. Electricity is included in rent price. Dog should be under 50 lbs. Take shoes off upfront into shoe cubby please. Laundry washer and dryer is upstairs so try to do it when it's early in the day. I have a vacuum for home so let me know if you ever need to use it.
