If someone is interested I would also consider sectioning off some acreage separate from the home for sale. I would consider 15 to 30 acres separate from this listing. The home has had a new front and back porch added since the pictures. The kitchen has been remodeled, the powder room off of the kitchen was removed and a huge walk in pantry was added. New tankless water heater, new well pump was installed this past year. The barn/shop has been completely redone and fully concreted in front to back and it has had a bathroom and septic tank added.
