The two original upstairs bathrooms were remodeled from the studs out. The hall bathroom has a new tub/shower set-up. The original master now has a new shower set-up. The new master bath suite is all new construction. All three full bathrooms feature new cabinets, quartz countertops, porcelain tile flooring and shower walls. The plumbing fixtures for the tub and two showers are Grohe brand. The new construction areas received all new electrical, plumbing, new HVAC system for 2nd floor and code compliant insulation before new drywall was installed. New smoke detectors are hard wired and interconnected with battery back-up. New Andersen code compliant energy efficient windows were used in the new construction areas. Remaining windows were removed and reinstalled with proper seals prior to inspection. We used Huber engineered zip system sheathing and Advantech subflooring.The house was sided with Nichiha cement siding and the exterior casing and trim is MiraTec. The entire roof is newly covered with 30-year architectural shingles. All interior and exterior light fixtures were replaced, most using energy efficient LED. All new carpeting upstairs. The downstairs flooring is 7 ����" engineered hardwood flooring. The kitchen makeover is by Decorative Specialties. The custom cabinets are strong, domestic birch plywood; 5-piece shaker doors and dovetail drawers, finished with durable catalyzed lacquer finish. All mounting hardware is soft-close. The island and counter tops are Calacatta Gold Silestone quartz.
