Neighborhood Description This is a great neighborhood. The schools are one of the best in the district. Terra Linda Elementary School is right in our back yard which includes a park, tennis & basketball courts and a baseball field. There are also walking and riding trails through Tualatin Hills Parks and Rec accessible within walking distance and many other parks nearby. The complex is dog friendly, great swimming pool and deck, a social committee which holds events year round, and very friendly neighbors.
